Thanks to the latest teaching methods you can learn the
basics of skiing in no time at all.
Ski lessons for adult beginners
The emphasis here is on learning whilst having fun and not being frightened.
Our experienced instructors will help you learn how to ski safely and in control in a very short time. You can choose between 2- and 4-hour courses, although a 4-hour course is more worthwhile, especially in the beginning.
Our ideal beginners' area avoids excessive demands on you, and by means of up to date teaching methods, you'll develop your balance and stability. Experienced instructors will help you succeed!
Our ski school program includes:
Practising in the beginners' area:
- Familiarisation with your ski equipment
- Learning how to glide and slide
- Learning step by step how to schuss, brake, and turn
- Training these movements to come naturally (through exercises, etc.)
And then it's off to the pistes!
Course details
- 2- or 4-hour courses
- Course times Natrun: 10.00 -12.00 and 13.00 - 15.00
- Course times Aberg: 10.00 - 12.00 and 13.30 - 15.30
- Courses start: Sundays and Mondays
- Course allocation: Sundays and Mondays at 09.30
- Booking of ski courses at any of our ski school offices (Dorf, Natrun, Aberg bottom station- and middle station)
